Here is the agenda for the meeting Thursday, 1/21 at Clare’s home in Sunnyvale.

1) Discuss the purpose of the current public access TV documentary project: promote, inform, inspire, bring P.A. to areas where it’s not currently supported, e.g. Sunnyvale.

2)Next steps with the documentary, e.g. review of first edit of the 30 minute program, re-writing script with “conflict/resolution” story, how to distribute, how to set up speaking engagements to promote the program.

3) Describe video – show conflict of losing freedom of speak rights being taken away, ways to get involved, history of and variety of shows to add to documentary, brainstorm any additional and more effective interviews of influential politicians who are willing to support PEG.

The next Bay Team Video meeting will be Thursday, Jan. 21 at 7pm at Clare Mullin’s home. Since this is a private residence, we are not posting the address here. If you need the address or directions, please send an email to meeting@BayTeamVideo.com.

At the meeting, we will discuss our current project: a documentary about public access television. You are encouraged to get involved at any level.

Documentary: Talent & Crew Call

Calling for talent, voice overs, background music and footage (20 second clips) to complete the documentary project about public access, which is being produced by Clare Mullin.

Success Party Jan 30th

You’re invited to Clare Mullin’s “Success Party” on Saturday, January 30th. Bring a story of success, plus a dish and a drink to share. Start time is 7pm. For location, please RSVP to success@claremullin.com

Reflect on your successes for 2009, and share your goals and visions for 2010. Bring a 20 second video clip of success on a flash drive or data DVD. Clips are also being collected for the documentary being created for Public Access TV
